Simple Powerful Health
Exploring the Simple Path to Better HealthWelcome!
As the name and style of our site implies, we like things kept simple. Especially when it comes to health. The truth is health is simple if you adhere to its natural laws. Today’s world has made the health industry so specialized and so complicated to understand that most people have thrown in the towel. People are afraid to take care of themselves. They prefer calling their doctor and giving him the responsibility for their own health and well-being.
Our basic premise is that Health and Wellness is simple and deserved by everyone.
It has nothing to do with the neighborhood you live in, how much money you make, the kind of car you drive or who your friends are. It is your right and the possibility is right in front of you.
It does have to do with accepting responsibility for your health and approaching health in a common sense fashion. It is not based on todays fashion and hype. Common Sense is always in fashion.
I was reading a book last night, published almost a 100 years back by Paul Bragg. What he wrote in that book almost a century ago is what a lot of the Health gurus are saying today. We are finally getting back to common sense practices that create better health and better living. The principles of good health from 100 years ago work as good today as back then and they will continue to work in the next 100 years. We are finally getting back to the simplicity of good health.
This website will focus on the simple, practical and powerful things you can do to improve, maintain and recover your God-given gift, your health!
There are two things I have learned about health:
1) People want to look good, feel good and have energy!
2) Most people do not want to do very much to achieve it!
In todays world, for something to be effective is must be simple. It must be simple enough to be able to do it consistently despite our hectic modern day life. If it is not simple people will not do it and the practice drops from their daily activities and the benefits drop from their lives.
We need to get back to the basics. We need to get back to the simple common-sense things that make big differences in our health and lives.
Simple is the Key!
Simple is Practical!
Simple is Powerful!
