Is the “Fat” Monster Going to Eat You and Your Family Too?

How did we get to this point, where we are all carrying 20, 30, 40, 50+ pounds or more body weight than is necessary and healthy? It has been something developing over years and years and it is not getting any better! In fact it is getting worse despite the fact that there is more diet and nutrition information available than ever before. Unfortunately a lot of dietary information is dead wrong. And all you need to do to prove it is look around you.

Below is a CDC presentation showing you how this movement toward obesity has taken place, taken hold of us, over the course of decades, despite government adjustments to their suggested dietary programs. Is it that people are just not listening or is it that the suggestions are plain wrong and do not work?

Look what has happened to the US population over the past years.
